You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account credentials.

All content and materials included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GymImpulse or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymImpulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GymImpulse and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App, and your continued use after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GymImpulse operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
